SCOPE
Most of our work runs the same way. An equipment manufacturer sells a line or a plant section to an end customer, and we handle the electrical installation on site. It might be a sawmill line in Sweden, fuel handling at a heating plant in Finland, or a surface treatment line somewhere else in Europe. The end customer sees a finished line with your name on it. Our job is to be the part that does not generate phone calls for you.
Some customers start talking to us before the deal is closed. We help with device choices and electrical questions at the quotation stage and do not invoice for it. The assumption is that the job is ours if the order is yours.
The schedule is agreed before work starts and it does not move quietly. If the scope changes along the way, you hear the effect inside the same week. The habit in this trade is to announce an overrun and leave it there. Nobody adds people, nobody extends the day. It is noted, and everyone carries on.
You know who runs your project and you reach them directly. Calls get answered in the evening too. Supervision is on site, which sounds obvious until you compare.
On site we are working under your name. Offcuts, packaging and tools back in their place at the end of the day. In a dusty plant it is a fire safety matter as much as a housekeeping one.
If something breaks you hear it from us, along with how it gets put right. The fault is logged internally so the next crew does not repeat it.
We work in Finland, Sweden and across Europe. The site is wherever the end customer is, and travelling is part of the job. Handover documentation in Finnish or English, depending on who ends up running the line.
